GNM (Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery)

Eligibility : -

The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.

The candidates must have passed 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board.

The candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However, science is preferable.

The candidates passed 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational ANM Course.

The minimum of 35% of marks for SC/ST candidates who have passed 10+2 with English.

The candidates passed 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational stream- Health care sciences from a recognized CBSE Board/ State/ Centre.

The candidates registered ANM with 10+2 pass.

Candidates shall be medically fit for the course.

Both female/ male candidates are eligible to apply.

Documents to be submitted : -

The intending candidates must submit their application in the prescribed form to the Administrative Officer, Vivekanand college of Nursing, Khandagiri.

Xerox copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the application form.

Mark sheet of Secondary school leaving certificate and +2(or) Equivalent.

4 copies of duly attested passport size photographs.

Conduct certificate from head of the institution, wherein the applicant studied for his/her qualifying examination.

Migration certificate should be submitted, if the student is from out of state of Odisha.

Community Certificate
